Submission of plagiarized, abusive, malicious, or fraudulent material may result in disqualification, certificate withholding, or account termination.
Certain offerings may require payment. By completing a transaction, you authorize us and our payment processors to collect applicable fees, taxes, and charges in accordance with the selected plan. Failure, reversal, or dispute of payment may affect access to purchased services and deliverables.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and any explicit program-level conditions communicated at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, access to digital services already consumed or initiated may be non-refundable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learn eQuick, its officers, team members, and partners from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access, without prior notice where appropriate, for policy violations, legal requests, payment irregularities, or behavior harmful to the platform or other users. Certain obligations, including payment and intellectual property provisions, survive termination.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory protections available under relevant consumer laws. Any disputes shall be subject to competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable legal framework.
